Gyan Management is an International Biannual Refereed Journal of Management & Technology published by Gian Jyoti Institute of Management & Technology, Mohali, Chandigarh, India. The journal provides a platform for the creation & dissemination of knowledge in the area of Management and Technology. The publication of the journal was an attempt at taking the process of knowledge dissemination beyond the boundaries of the institution. Its focus is on applied research and reflections relevant to practising managers without sacrificing the academic rigour. It attaches a special emphasis on management & technological issues that are relevant for the emerging economies.
The Journal tries to maintain a balance between purely research-oriented papers and those based on management practices in different areas of management & technology. Every issue of the journal carries a mix of research papers, articles, management & technology cases, book reviews.
