Paying Guest (PG)

Students rent single or double rooms in a private home, typically with attached bathrooms, study areas, a shared kitchen, and optional meals or utilities included.

Cost: $50–$85 per month

Rented Apartments

Apartment-style living with 2-4 bedroom units, perfect for graduate students and those seeking more independence.
2-4 Bedroom Apartments Full Kitchen|| Living Room|| 3-4 Bathrooms||

Most preferred international students choice.

$90 – $100 per month
