Tuition fees are typically paid before the writing of each semester exams.GJIMT offers several payment methods for international students:

How do I apply for on-campus housing?

Once you receive your acceptance letter from GJIMT, you’ll receive access to our housing portal where you can apply for on-campus accommodation. We recommend applying as early as possible as spaces are limited.

Is on-campus(PG) accommodation guaranteed for international students?

While we prioritize international students for on-campus(PG) housing, it is not guaranteed. Early application is strongly encouraged. First-year international students who apply by the priority deadline have the highest chance of receiving on-campus(PG) accommodation.

What items do I need to bring for my accommodation?

For PG’s, beds, desks, chairs, and basic furniture are provided. You’ll need to bring or purchase personal items, bedding, towels, and study supplies. A detailed list will be provided with your housing confirmation.

How does the college help with off-campus housing?

Our International Student Office maintains a database of approved off-campus housing options, provides guidance on safe neighborhoods, typical costs, and rental agreements. We also organize housing fairs and can connect you with potential roommates.

Are meal plans available?

No, this gives the international students to cook their choice of meals with diverse options including non-vegetarian, vegetarian, vegan, halal, and other dietary accommodations.

Need Help with Accommodation?

Our International Student Office is ready to assist you with all accommodation-related questions and concerns.
